1. How do I setup an account?
- You can create an account by using either your Google account, Facebook account or email address.
2. How many vehicles can I monitor under one single account?
- There are no limits. You will require to add each vehicle in to GoGPS system, depending on the number of GoTrackers (GPS device) that you have.
3. Can I add multiple users?
- Yes, as the registered user, you can add as many sub-users as you need and even set the access limit for the user(s) to manage your account and receive alerts.
4. Can I assign existing GoTracker to a new vehicle?
- Yes, you can transfer existing GoTracker to a new vehicle through GoGPS web portal or mobile app, but before that the GoTracker must be installed in the new vehicle.
5. Can I set different rules for each vehicle?
- Yes, you can set the rules for each vehicle through GoGPS web portal or mobile app such as speed limit, geo-fence (enter or exit), even the reminders for vehicle documents and so on.
6. How do I usually get alerts?
- You will be notified through mobile push notification and email.
7. What are the supported devices to useGoGPS app?
- GoGPS app is only available for Android, IOS and Huawei devices. However, for other types, you can login to GoGPS web portal using any browsers.

- You can purchase a GoTracker directly from our GoGPS web portal or mobile appand it comes together with a one-year subscription plan.

- Every subscription plan includes a GoTracker, access to GoGPS web portal and mobile app, internet connectivity, service, and support.

- You can easily renew your subscription plan through GoGPS web portal or mobile app.

- You can choose to pay with Credit card, Debit card or e-Wallets. Interest-free instalment plan is also available for Maybank credit card holders.
2. Do I need to pay extra for the internet data?
- No, it comes together with the plan.
3. What if I have a change of mind, can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
- Any cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be considered.
4. Can I get a refund for a damaged GoTracker?
- No, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from misuse or accident.
1. How do I install the GoTracker?
- Installation services will be provided at a minimal fee, anywhere in Malaysia.
2. Does my GoTracker come with a warranty?
- All GoTrackers covered for a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
3. How do I know if the GoTracker has been removed?
- Our system will send an alert to you, if GoTracker has been unplugged, through mobile push notification and email.
